Due to the trade war between the US and China, the U.S. has imposed extra tariffs for all items made in China last fall.
Effective 10/31/2019, we are charging an extra 5% for all items. This is an extra surcharge in hopes that this extra tariff can be removed soon.
*The pricing you see on the website does not include the 5% surcharge. The surcharge will be added to the official invoice.
Our showroom is open Monday through Friday, 9:45AM - 5:30PM PST (except for holidays).
It is best to call ahead to ensure our merchandise is in the office and not at a tradeshow.
Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed. If an item is in stock, it will ship once processed.
Exceptions will include if our merchandise is at a tradeshow. In which case, your order wil be shipped when the merchandise returns to our office.

Yes. All our merchandise is uploaded on our website for your easy viewing. We also have our quantities shown on our website as well.
On our website, you are able to filter to see only items that are in stock. Just click on "SEE IN STOCK ONLY"

We provide downloadable product photos for customer convenience. However, we ask that customers purchase the item first.
Typically, backorders may take approximately 4-7 weeks. Custom orders may take a bit longer.
During high volume times like the holidays, production may take 6-8 weeks.
*Due to COVID-19, production issues may occur and could delay backorders. Please check with your sales representative on the most updated timing.
*Please make sure to factor in long holiday closures like Chinese New Year, which is typically in January/February.
