Why am I being charged the 5% for tariffs?


Due to the trade war between the US and China, the U.S. has imposed extra tariffs for all items made in China last fall.

Effective 10/31/2019, we are charging an extra 5% for all items. This is an extra surcharge in hopes that this extra tariff can be removed soon.

Is your office and showroom open?


Yes, our office and showroom are open. It is best to make an appointment to ensure we have enough space in our showroom as we have reduced capacity due to COVID rules.


Can I still place orders? When will it ship?


Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped.


How can I see what items you have? Do you have anything new?


As our showroom is not open, the best way to see our items is to check out our website. We update it regularly and we also include the stock levels.

For new items, please check the "New" section.

Is your website inventory updated?


Yes. All our merchandise is uploaded on our website for your easy viewing. We also have our quantities shown on our website as well. 


On our website, you are able to filter to see only items that are in stock. Just click on "SEE IN STOCK ONLY"


*Please keep in mind that high volume of inventory, our quantity levels are only about 90% accurate. 



What can I expect when placing an order online?

Can I use your product photos?


We provide downloadable product photos for customer convenience. However, we ask that customers make a purchase first.

How long are back orders going to take?


Currently, backorders may take approximately 5-8 weeks. This assumes no large changes that will impact production timing.


I want to return or repair some items. How can I get an RA#?


You can request an RA# from our customer service rep. Please email info@superbelljewelry.com.

Please do not send anything to our office without an approved RA#.
